Previously, we had engaged two other architectural firms to provide conceptual ideas for adding a fourth bedroom, exercise room, expanded entry, and saferoom to our 1986 ranch house. Our only ask of them was to use their imagination and be bold. We were disappointed by the typical development designs you see in every new development now. Then Jake Kieper (Nomad North Architects) was recommended to us. He and his staff listened to our desires and quickly brought back multiple versions of a contemporary redesigned house. It was great! They followed us through pricing and contractor interviews. After construction began, they were always available for clarifications and on-site inspections at our convenience. We will highly recommend them if you want something a little out of the ordinary.

I worked with Jake to design a full gut renovation of my home. The end result was a unique, stunning, and most importantly, functional living space.
